Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of this website and, unless superseded by a signed customer agreement, the Inspek AI platform (the "Services") provided by Inspek AI. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

Inspek AI is a software platform for drone operations, AI-based inspection analysis and asset intelligence. Certain features are provided in beta or are under development and may change, be limited or be withdrawn. AI-generated findings are decision-support outputs and must be reviewed by qualified personnel before being relied upon for safety, engineering or maintenance decisions.

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity under your account. You must not misuse the Services, attempt to gain unauthorised access, reverse engineer the platform or models, or use the Services in violation of applicable law, including aviation and privacy regulations governing drone operations.

You retain all rights to imagery, flight data and asset information you upload ("Customer Data"). You grant us a licence to process Customer Data to provide the Services. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may use de-identified and aggregated data to improve our models and Services.

The Services, including software, models, datasets, designs and documentation, are owned by Inspek AI and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms or a customer agreement.

Fees for the platform are set out in the applicable order form or customer agreement. Website content is provided free of charge.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of AI outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inspek AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability arising from the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts located in Taipei shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
